I don't think we realize how much our energy kind of affects everyone else outside of you and I didn't even realize it until someone brought up like I was having a negative conversation with myself all the time. So just starting to change language in that way is like one of the first little tricks that you can start to do for your mindset and your brain and really honestly energize you throughout the day. One of the actually the very first time I ever gotten a float tank and like 50 minutes into this one-hour session and I was like maybe my purpose is to just create such a positive vibe about myself. And then that became like this borderline like mantra of how I wanted to live
