We had an outage on the last day of the quarter. And I remember there were tears over it because you're really impacting your customers last and that kind of thing happened, it was the worst day. So we changed the culture of the company in addition to the P&L and the way we build products. That really paid off. We became a very product-centric customer-centric company we didn't used to be. If any teams have stability issues, we put them in code red and they have to get cleaned up below the line.
