A company that thought they just had this like acquisition issue where people were coming in and the product. And it was just the one flavor is too harsh, needed to switch to a different flavor. When you go to cancel because I don't like the flavor, it actually says, do you want to swap to the dark? "I'm always a sucker for like issue hypothesis, try it out and then like it changes your business," he said.
