No one in my trust is an expert in instruction or coaching. We've got justgd coming in in june to train up that each development leeds and a few other key members of staff. The tefos behind it is that you just keep improving. It's not this kind of tick box. So your system might start as one thin in september and then be completely different by july, because we're learning as we go.
