Isn't the Whole Purpose of Your Sport Get Big?
If you start somewhate on advanced protocalls and you skip the fundamentals, you're just hurting their ability for long term progress. You can think of this in terms of the motor skills, like your ah just explaining. Or even starting a beginner athlete with too much total work because at some point they're going to plateau. The same idea applies to training volume in tensidy or any variables. If you just start kind of like pushing the ax yo're kind of screwed one you plateau.
