I think my mistake happened when I was at West Beach and I brought in private equity. We had boarded directors, but they had no vested interests. They were there to help us out and they were wonderful. But the reality of it is all these were techniques to have kind of an owner, founder, dissipate... And that's really what I lost and it's my own fault. So we ended up going public way too quickly.
