The study found that fragmented sleep was more dangerous from a blood flow perspective than staying up all night. The next day, you feel kind of euphoric for a while, and then you crash so real quick. After those studies, when guy actually walked out of the sleep centere with all the wires hooked to him and had no idea what he was doing.
