Getting Buy-in From Your Sales Team

I took stop of the reps that we had, our resources, what support, and I came to 15%. At the end of the day, it's going to be a little bit subjective. If you get buy-in by leveraging historical data, as opposed to just making something up, you're going to get a lot more buy-in from your team. The last thing I highly recommend because it was extremely successful in what we did is leverage OKR framework to help with all the above.
