The Bumping Drills
The idea behind the bumping drills is, if you're on the bike, an the bikes inherently unstable. What you actually want to do is lean back into them so that you cancel out the force and then both stay upright. By not crashing, you're keeping everybody around you safe. I think sometimes gets misunderstood because people hear about, or they see incidents like jessan williams,. But it happens with pros all the time.
