I see many patients who it doesn't work particularly well for. They're always hungry from 10 o'clock in the morning. So adding some peanut butter or some almond butter can balance out that carb. And then at the very top, I've got a portion of nuts and seeds because they can marry up as some healthy fats and protein. Some people can be fine with more again, it depends on their activity levels.
