When I exercise early in the morning, that is before 9am, I have more energy all day long. If I do it mid morning, I have experience more of an afternoon crash. Consistency is key here. Why would any male in his teens or twenties or even thirties take exogenous testosterone? It just seems like a crazy idea to me. But then again, there are plenty of people whose blood levels of testosterone and estrogen are within the normal reference range.
