I'm a firm believer in nature over nurture. I think there's a lot that comes from our nature. About 35 to 65% of our personality is genetic. There are five different personality traits that they've studied very closely. They can even identify specifically how much of each trait is genetic. One of those traits is neuroticism, which means we worry as an investment in failure prevention.
