The Dual Control Model of Sexual Desire

The idea that women have more inhibitions around sex than men does actually has some truth to it. It's culturally and psychologically based. The Nagoski book features an account of sexual desire that is called the dual control model. And one thing that hits the breaks that I find really important to highlight here is disgust.
