Is This the Most Expensive Option?

You want to find out how urgent the project is. Is this not maybe not emergency level because that's got its own scary aspects? You do, you're hoping for it to be something that they really need to act on right now. But why would you spend all the money to get an expert like me to do something like this when you could do it internally? And then the toughest one for people to do is the why me question.
