The Importance of Maintaining Strength

If you wanted to maintain your current level of strength till death depart, it's going to require that you train rather frequently with this efficient amount of volume at the correct intensity. But I also agree that the maintenance thing is shenanigans. There's no need for you to grind as hard as you possibly can ever again if that's your goal. No voluntary hardship needed. You need to be training with the other variables appropriately managed.
