Training Peaks - More Than Duration?
I think that overall the concept of more than duration, because as you see, when you analyze training, for example, you don't see people training 20 percent of a high intensity usually. I like making it make it more based on sessions than in durations. And this is why if you look at the analytics from training peaks, right? You see that even if you train high intensity a lot, you're going to see a lot of low intensities and relatively smaller high intensities in the duration.
