I would say it's no more than twice a week. If you're going after fitness, there is no substitute for punishing yourself. You have to understand if you're in the elite athlete category or in the 50 year old trying to stave off the degenerative disease. It's important to be doing that a little bit more. I mean, I talk a lot of my videos about moderation. But obviously that doesn't apply to someone who has a goal in an event.
