I read a reall good book recently. It's called the mum test, by rob fitzpatrick's and fi. And it's about asking questions that get to the real story, rather than the hypothetical story. I was like, what did you lass to the last time you wanted to lose lat? i said i'd lose wat. Then i went for three runs, and then i stopped.
