In English, we can call it interoceptive awareness. Interoceptive is when you get to know what's happening inside your body. That's the fourth principle of yoga. And then he says, once you've done all these, now you're ready for transcendence. So those are the eight limbs called Raj yoga in English, Royal Yoga. But that's not all of yoga. There's karma yoga, there's bhakti yoga and there's jnan yoga. It's a complete science of the self.
