i've only had good results with introducing small doses of alternate training that address the same issue from a different angle. Adriel Mayes every goddamn dre does kettlebell movements that are very unconventional but they work for him. jujitsu is really cool because i mean i wasn't moving and putting my body in any of those types of positions before I did it. It allowed me to find places where i was like oh that is really tight that is really deconditioned and it allowed me to get into shape.
