Jeff: It is really hard if you get in the habit of being a body builder, and, like, an arm day is done when you literally can't lift your arms any more. If you try to bring that mind set into this kind of high quency, full body stuff, that's a really great way to mess it up - right? Jeff: A lot of times, training advice is very context specific. And you can't just extract what seems to be effective variables from one training routine, plop it into another training routine and expect things to go well.
