What have we found in our latest papers there and why is that actually quite exciting? We looked at the snacking habits of participants from our predict one study. This was just over 1000 individuals. And we tried to tease apart the impact of these eating frequency. So the snack quality and then the timing of the snacks, because this hasn't been done before.
