The Importance of Language in Conversational Interfaces

There's a lot of hype around conversational interfaces right now. I'm on a team that focuses on that work in my day job. And I think talking about language and how we can apply design methods and research to language is really important for all the work that's happening. So I think we have a lot of work to do to help people think of words as a design element.
