Is There a Data Centric Culture in Your Company?
We have a real distributed nature to the development teams, and that's an important aspect to what we're doing. We really want to get to a data centric culture. A team is modelled after this idea of a two peta team, but we're not quite selling the products. So because we have all these people inside of our company that know har or no benefits, or no pay roll, we can bring people right into the development team to be part of the eloment team to go solve a problem. And so that's helped us crape very, very tight development circle a time frames. Those are our two keys.
