The beginning of atherosclerosis or plaque formation is a fatty streak. Even before that happens, we get these foam cells and correct me if I'm saying any of this wrong guys. And so in the post that you guys have on zero acre, you also note that there have been experiments with macrophages. That essentially without getting too granular within the arterial wall beneath the endothelium macrophages, these immune cells live.

Today, Paul interviews Tucker Goodrich, Wall Street technology extraordinaire and independent researcher, and Jeff Nobbs, co-founder and CEO of Zero Acre Farms. They take a deep dive into the epidemic of seed oil consumption. They examine conflicting arguments, and then explain why seed oils are likely making humans fat, diabetic, and causing atherosclerosis.
