How to Prep a Chain for an Extreme Event
Kristin had basically a new bike going into unbound. Head to toe, fresh brake fluid, new pads, brand new chain that I think you'd run in a little bit a few hundred miles. It was then hot waxed, uh, mal waxed. We applied some drip wax on top of that as we got closer and didn't want to bring the whole chain spa out with us.
