This is something that I've done in yoga or meditation. It's essentially tensing and relaxing different muscle groups at a time to encourage relaxation. There are a ton of progressive relaxation meditations and videos available online for free. So you can check those out and try it for yourself. Tool number 20 is orienting. The whole purpose of this tool is actually to kind of get your brain back online. For some people, it's the opposite, right? Their brain is like too active. Then number 21 is self touch.
