The Unguardedness of Elon Musk

Elon Musk used Twitter like no other CEO at the time. He didn't consult his publicist to craft each tweet or hold focus groups on how to engage with his followers. There was a kind of unguardedness there that I think people are really related to. And it creates a kind of closeness.
