How to Be Mindful in the Present Moment
Instead of resisting something that is painful or cramping, go to it. Use anything physical in your body that's going on. And if nothing is going on, which i hope for all of you, then just use your breath. I love the breath because it is always there, and it is always, always gentle with us. Don't have to manipulate it. You can practise by focusing on the present moment through your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations.
