How to Flat Fee Your Clients
It depends on the kind of case, there is some litigation that we do one number all in from the front because we know it's going to take a certain level. We break it up into sort of bite-sized chunks that they can see, either in terms of tasks or sometimes it's just in terms of time. The trick is that we don't come into these things saying, this is how the billing works, take it or leave it.We give clients options and it's right on the engagement letter. And so far, we've gotten, you know, a pretty good response to that.
