The VOC UXR workstream is so impactful because I'm able to do this weekly and monthly and I'm connecting with these teams. It really allows you to reduce that friction and really bring everyone together that UXR is so gifted at doing. That's why I bring in customers I bring in that sense of empathy through the presentations or read out decks log analysis etc. The deliverables that I present to the team is different each each month sometimes there discussions and we've come across some misalignments between design what design's doing in the front end and what’s happening in the back end for example.
