Intermittent Fasting - A New Approach to Training
Intermittent fasting has massive values. A chloric restriction is helpful for almost every american i work with. When you do train, it blunts the hunger a little bit. You're letting your feedback tell you when they take a day off. I'd love to know what you think of this strategy. It's brilliant as i don't think it's used much in the kettlebo world like it is endurance.
