I like that you've ended this topic with that element about being calm because people hear these terms failure intensity effort on the surface level they probably imagined someone getting overly amped up white knuckle just raring to go but you see the most focused discipline people that are putting in effort and its a very restrained way of having intensity. It should all end with balance re-centering yourself  on the day to day you don't need to express that level of intent to put in intensity it's just effort-ended, he says.
