How to Identify Anxiety in Your Body
Anxiety is a light on the dashboard of your heart that says something is not right with your emotions inside. If you experience any of the following during your day, you may be experiencing anxiety. Increased heart rate, shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness, chest pain, muscle pain and tension. These bodily sensations often produce a felt sense of nervousness or restlessness somewhere in your torso or a sense of doom in your throat or your chest.
