Parens: How do you think about measuring success a what things do you pay attention to? Are there certain metrics that you prioritize above others? The active and passive process, i think is really interesting. A lot of people are dogmatic about the middle ground or crativistic about their processes. But parens says it's actually like a nice middle ground where you get data on something but don't focus on it too much.
