How to Increase Your Running Days Per Week

If you are coming off of a ski season or another type of exercises that ligament and tendon like those need to be strengthened so you do have to be a little bit careful of jumping into the running. Easing into it can look very different if you were used to already doing six hours of an aerobic based activity maybe you start off with just increasing your running days per week. You want to definitely check in on how you're feeling and you may also have to and don't feel bad about it but you might have to do some walking which is important ultra running skill anyway.
