I've been doing yoga 10 years. When I found Pilates, I couldn't make it through a single set. My teacher, Terry Steele, would do sets of 10 for an hour. And I knew that's how I knew I needed to keep going. All of it is within you, within your body empowered to do. You can create this environment that it's incredibly creative. If you really wanted to paint your walls like red, you could make your workout room so intense. Like fitness doesn't need to be like go take this group class, feel like crap and go home. That's like treat your body better.
