The Importance of Bodybuilding

When I first gotten to fitness, it was bodybuilding. And the gym that I started training at initially was our high school football locker room gym. That's where I fell in love with strength training. In my first bodybuilding show in college, this was 2012. Both myself and my brother Preston did a natural NPC show in Pittsburgh. We dieted between 12 and 16 weeks.
