Like delts, for example, like I can get a pump in my delts, but they're never like a just huge like balloon of a pump. They tend to also lend themselves to higher volumes. And that might be an instance where you switch to like a higher frequency than normal. Some people might only be training delts like twice a week, maybe even just like once per week. That little bit of extra frequency because of the recovery timeline is so short can be helpful for smaller muscle groups like that.
