The retreat was incredibly helpful for me to not only balance these things in my body from an energetic standpoint, but also just heal a lot of the things that were going on both emotionally and physically. Now, am I trying to sell you on some retreat? Absolutely not. And I don't even think that this retreat is for everybody. It's definitely worth experiencing once in your life if you have the means. However, if you don't have the means or you're still very skeptical about everything that I've said, I would invite you to check out some of his books because they're really well-written and they're very interesting.
