How Do You Build in Recovery?

How do you work recovery into the plan? That is a little bit different from adlade's wellet. So i have atlet where we follow a clear structure. And with wit, one week recovery, a mina. Seven days were er. We go on low, lower volume weare. The first day of the week's a no intensity, no no big volume, just easy sessions. Er, sounds perhaps a little bit strange, but we doing recovery when the body needs it. Agan will approach that dema sens and finally, how do you build in recovery?
