The CEO is the only one who can really pull that together and make sure that you get the right pricing structure initially in the early days. What I would say is you should have WTP discussions, willingness to pay discussions with your customers. You should ask them what they're willing to pay. Price on a metric that's attached to something that the customer is getting. And if you don't pick the right value driver, people will try to lower that particular metric. Don't listen to them because if you do it prohibits growth.
