Sajak: Do you feel everybody could make use of 20 minutes a day? Sajak: I think everyone can benefit from it. The science is not the science at least that I'm aware of. There's nothing that is like this unicorn for recovery with the cyclist again coming just from camp. Just doing a relaxing, easy stretch after riding I think is really important to restore things back to normal.
