Globalization moves with great speed to identify then harvest resources for human needs, but crawls slowly to repair the devastation at his left and its wake. To cull a tree, it takes out a forest. The authors hope they reject the official story told by governments and corporations that a healthy economy relies on the suppression of social, ecological and individual health.
