The Mind of Non-Craving
Ajahn Jumlin, one of the great Thai meditation masters who are still living. He said at some point the mind becomes so clear and balanced that whatever arises is seen and left untouched with no interference. A perfect balance of mind with no reaction. There is no longer any doing. And so we're really practicing non-doing, no preference, not wanting at each of the sense doors with whatever sense object is arising. In addition to noticing this in the sitting, you can really be practicing this throughout the whole day. Notice the different sense fears and fetters that arise dependent on them as they become predominant at different times in the day.
