Gratitude Is the Gateway Drug to Wellness
I started working on this sort of two two and a half years ago and I feel the sense of ease and contentment and peace with myself that I've never felt before. It's changed my life more than I could ever begin to say but it's certainly like a daily practice 100% for me. The ideal is a 40 minute meditation that doesn't happen, sitting by my window in my favorite chair with a blanket and five minutes of going. If I get up early enough I have this little moment to check in with myself in a way that I might not be able to for the rest of the day when I'm in a mode of doing and creating and producing.
