The Advantages of Working With an Outside Organization

I think it's probably a little bit of institutionalization, you know, where youve been. You've got to have at least a good building blocks for whatever your offerings are going to be. And those benefits have to speak to what the customers really care about. So that truly the whole organization is alligned in terms of the sales proposition. We see lots of different organizations operating in lots of different ways and with lots of different challenges. It's much easier for us to say, oh, look, you could do this creatively if you did x is d because we've seen it in other organizations.
