Dr. Schwelt: Sleep is an under discussed topic and I'd love to do a deep dive into all of the ways that we can really optimize our sleep for better health, better immune function, more energy, and so forth. He says it's not as easy as getting seven hours of sleep every night; you have to get up at different times each day. Dr. Schwelt also talks about how light affects your circadian rhythm in the morning - make sure don't expose eyes to bright lights after 9 o'clock.
