How to Maximize Time at VO2 Max

Hill reps are good to having rotational workouts, but ideally you maybe don't put all your eggs in one basket. You could do hill reps on a treadmill or on a long hill so that you don't have to walk all the way back to the start if you want to minimize the recoveries. So yeah, I think hill reps are good. If you want to maximize time at VO2 max, then the recoveries should be shorter. That's what it ends up being when you do hill reps.
