The Difference Between Psychoanalysis and Self Help?

I don't think it's possible. If there was, then i think in some sense, psychoanalysis could be reducible to self help. Ye, ye. Although, s it's funny, cause some one said to me, i read my book capitalism as desire capitlsma desire as. I read it for it as a kind of self help book. And i didn't mind that. But a, but it woulde,  it would be kind of a perverse self or a kind of, you know, undermining self, undermining self help,. Like that.
